お支払い方法について
私どもVenere.com があなたのクレジットカードに宿泊料金総額の事前払い、または、予約保証金の事前払いを請求することは一切ありません。カードの詳細をお伺いするのは、ご希望する宿泊施設への予約を保証するためのみです。宿泊料金のお支払いは、現地にて現金、小切手もしくはクレジットカードなどその宿泊施設が受け付けている方法で行われます。あなたが選んだ宿泊施設が予約保証金を必要とする場合、それは以下の”キャンセル可能期限”に明記されており、その金額や支払方法等は宿泊施設により直接定められたものです。返金無しまたは前払いタイプを選択されて予約された場合、ご予約のキャンセ ルは不可能です。"PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE"（前払い／返金無し）タイプの客室を選択されて予約 された場合、ご予約のキャンセルは不可能です。その場合は、ホテルにより予約時に、全滞在料金がクレジットカードに チャージされます。

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
NOTE: arrivals after 11 p.m. are not allowed.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
A deposit of €20,00 for the room key is required.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €4,50 per person per day.

キャンセル可能期限
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. Please note that a deposit of EUR 20 is requested for the room key, that the hotel does not take card payment and that guests are asked to pay upon arrival. Kindly inform the hotel if you wish to check in later than 18:00. Unfortunately they cannot check in guests any later than 23:00.
