From the Grande Raccordo Anulare ring-road, take exit n.3 and continue along via Cassia in the direction of Viterbo, then follow the indications towards La Giustiniana. Turn left into via Torre Delle Cornacchie, left again into via Torre di Spizzichino, then right into via Carlo Cavina.
