お支払い方法について
私どもVenere.com があなたのクレジットカードに宿泊料金総額の事前払い、または、予約保証金の事前払いを請求することは一切ありません。カードの詳細をお伺いするのは、ご希望する宿泊施設への予約を保証するためのみです。宿泊料金のお支払いは、現地にて現金、小切手もしくはクレジットカードなどその宿泊施設が受け付けている方法で行われます。あなたが選んだ宿泊施設が予約保証金を必要とする場合、それは以下の”キャンセル可能期限”に明記されており、その金額や支払方法等は宿泊施設により直接定められたものです。返金無しまたは前払いタイプを選択されて予約された場合、ご予約のキャンセ ルは不可能です。"PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE"（前払い／返金無し）タイプの客室を選択されて予約 された場合、ご予約のキャンセルは不可能です。その場合は、ホテルにより予約時に、全滞在料金がクレジットカードに チャージされます。

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the lodgings not later than 10 a.m.

Towel change is included in the price.
12% tax is not included in the price.
A $3.99 resort fee per night is not included in the price. It includes unlimited local calls, 30 minutes domestic long distance, business center (copier, fax), in room safe, coffee, self parking, and a crib/rollaway bed subject to availability).

キャンセル可能期限
Cancellation fee is one night (room and tax). Holiday Cancellation Policy: Christmas 7 days prior to arrival, all other Holidays 5 days prior to arrival. No-shows will be charged one night room and tax. Early check-outs are non-refundable. ***Credit card payment is taken in full at the time of booking, NO reservation is to be taken without being paid in full at booking.*** Taxes are not included in the price: as of July 1st 2009 tax rate will go from 12% to 13%.
