私どもVenere.com があなたのクレジットカードに宿泊料金総額の事前払い、または、予約保証金の事前払いを請求することは一切ありません。カードの詳細をお伺いするのは、ご希望する宿泊施設への予約を保証するためのみです。宿泊料金のお支払いは、現地にて現金、小切手もしくはクレジットカードなどその宿泊施設が受け付けている方法で行われます。あなたが選んだ宿泊施設が予約保証金を必要とする場合、それは以下の”キャンセル可能期限”に明記されており、その金額や支払方法等は宿泊施設により直接定められたものです。返金無しまたは前払いタイプを選択されて予約された場合、ご予約のキャンセ ルは不可能です。"PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE"（前払い／返金無し）タイプの客室を選択されて予約 された場合、ご予約のキャンセルは不可能です。その場合は、ホテルにより予約時に、全滞在料金がクレジットカードに チャージされます。

If you are a citizen of Algeria, Angola, Cameroon, Chad, Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Libya, Morocco, Mosambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania or Peru, your credit card is charged by the hotel upon booking. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received by the hotel. You will also have to prove your identity and submit a copy of your passport to the hotel to insure that the name on the booking corresponds to the person at check-in. Cancellations or no-shows are not allowed and the total cost of your stay is non-refundable.

Reservations which are guaranteed by credit card shall be held. First night will be charged if guests fail to check in on the scheduled date of arrival. If cancellation is done less than 48 hours prior to arrival, we will charge the client for the first night.
