Check-in: the lodgings are available at any time after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the lodgings not later than noon. However, late check-out (until 2 p.m. only) can be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

Parking is included in the price.
Limousine service to the airport costs Baht 1,200 (approx. €27,00) plus taxes per way, while minivan service costs Baht 1,500 (approx €34,00) plus taxes per way.
Wireless Internet access is included in the price.
Cots are available free of charge for children under 2 years of age.
Children under 6 years stay free of charge in existing bedding.
Children aged 6-12 years are charged Baht 800.00 (approx €17,46) per night and per meal.
Children over 12 years and adult are charged Baht 1600,00 (approx €35,00) per night for extra beds (maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1).
Breakfast is included in all except Room Only rates.

Cancellations 14 to 8 days before the date of arrival between 1 Nov 07 - 20 Dec 07 and 11 Jan 08 - 30 Apr 08, one night will be charged.
Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival or no-show between 1 Nov 07 - 20 Dec 07 and 11 Jan 08 - 30 Apr 08, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellations at least 30 days before the date of arrival 21 Dec 07 and 10 Jan 08 are free of charge. For late cancellations or no-shows, the total amount of the booking will be charged.
