エントランス - 外観 Located in the heart of the historic centre, Primavera is a budget Perugia hotel within easy walking distance of Perugia University and the University for Foreigners as well as all of the medieval centre's historic attractions. In 5 minutes, you can walk to the charming main square with the Fontana Maggiore, which is surrounded by the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Palazzo dei Priori, home to the Galleria Nazionale dell'Umbria.

Enjoying unmissable views over the terracotta-coloured rooftops of Perugia's historic centre, the Primavera Mini Hotel is run by a mother and daughter team who speak good English and are extremely welcoming. The hotel is located on the second floor of a historic building which probably dates back to the middle ages.

Despite its age, the Primavera Mini Hotel has free wireless internet access throughout, so do not forget to bring your laptop. If you want to travel light, however, then you can check you emails on the computer at the reception, which is open from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. You can also leave your luggage here upon check-out until reception closes, at 9 p.m.

By car
From the E45 Motorway: take the Perugia San Faustino Exit from the E45 Motorway and follow the signs for the train station and then the centre. Once you have passed the train station, go straight on through Via M. Angeloni and then Via Ruggero D'Andreotto. At the traffic lights, turn right into Via Antinori, go straight on for another 500 metres/546 yards and you will eventually arrive in front of the Pellini Car Park, where it is best to leave your car. From here, take the escalator up to Via dei Priori. When you get off the lift, you will be in front of the small church of Santo Stefano. Go through the narrow street of Santo Stefano and you will arrive in Via Vincioli where the hotel is located at number 8.
Please remember that the ZTL (zone of limited circulation) is open for all guests as long as they communicate their number plate to reception.

By train
From Perugia Fontivegge Railway Station: follow the path to the mini metro station and take metro towards the city centre (Pincetto). Get off at stop no. 2 called Cupa. On exiting the mini metro station, you will be in front of an escalator going up the Pellini Car Park. Take this escalator and then follow the directions above from thereon. Alternatively, take one of the line C buses and get off at Piazza Cavallotti. From here, walk to Piazza Morlacchi, where the theatre is. In front of the entrance of the theatre, take the narrow street (Via del Naspo) going down. This street leads to Via Vincioli, where the hotel is located at no. 8.

By airplane
From Perugia Sant'Egidio Airport (PEG): take the shuttle bus from the airport that will take you directly the main square, Piazza Italia.

On foot
From Piazza Matteotti: walk up Via Fani to the main street, Corso Vannucci. You will find yourself in front of you an arch below the big medieval Priori building. Pass under the arch and go down for about 200 metres/219 yards. You will see the small church of Santo Stefano. From there, take the narrow street called Via di Santo Stefano. The hotel is just at the end of this street.
From Piazza IV Novembre. Facing the cathedral, go left towards Via Maestà delle Volte. Turn left again at the first turn and go down Via Fratti (a steep descent), then Via degli Offici and then Via Vincioli. The hotel is located at no. 8.
