From the highway take exit 41, Perpignan Nord and follow the directions for the airport, Aéroport. At the roundabout, take the direction of Haut-Vernet and proceed straight on for 3 km towards the city centre.

By public transport
From Perpignan train station: take bus n°2 and get off at the Paul Fort stop, which is just in front of the hotel.
