From Milan on A1 highway, take the second exit Parma Centro. Merge into the ring road North in direction of Reggio Emilia-Bologna and at the sign Via Emilia Est, turn right in direction of the city center. On Via Emilia, proceed straight for about 1 km. The Residence hotel is located on the right side of the road before entering the city center.
From Reggio Emilia-Bologna on A1 highway, take the first exit Parma Centro and follow the indications above.

From the Parma railway station take the bus from Viale Mentana stop and get off at the bus stop located just in front of the hotel.
