By train
The Courbevoie-centre station, 50 metres away, offers direct links to Gare St-Lazare railway station (around 10 minutes).
From Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord take RER B and get off at Châtelet Les Halles, then change to RER A and get off at La Défense.

By airplane
From both Paris airports, Roissy-Charles de Gaulle et Orly, take RER B to Châtelet Les Halles, then change to RER A and get off at La Défense.
