From Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est railway stations, take the RER B train, towards Robinson/Saint Rély les Chevreuses, and get off at the Châtelet les Halles (exit Place du Châtelet). It is also possible to take underground line 4 direction Porte d'Orléans, and get off at the Châtelet les Halles stop (exit Place du Châtelet).
From Gare de Lyon railway station, take RER A train, towards Saint Germain en Laye/Cergy/Poissy, and get off at Châtelet les Halles (exit Place du Châtelet). It is also possible to take underground line 1 direction to La Défense, and get off at Châtelet les Halles (exit Place du Châtelet).
From Gare d'Austerlitz railway station, take underground line 10 towards Boulogne/Pont de Saint Cloud, get of at Odéon stop, take line 4 (towards Porte de Clignancourt) and finally get off at Châtelet les Halles (exit Place du Châtelet).

By airplane
From Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Airport, take the Air France shuttle until Place Charles de Gaulle Etoile. Then, take underground line 1 direction Château de Vincennes and get off at Châtelet les Halles (exit Place du Châtelet). It is also possible to take the Roissy bus to Place de l'Opéra, and then take the RER A train direction Boissy Saint Léger/Chessy Marne la Vallée and get off at Châtelet les Halles (exit Place du Châtelet).
From Orly Airport, take the Air France shuttle to Paris Monparnasse. Then, take underground line 4 direction Porte de Clignancourt and get off at Châtelet les Halles (exit Place du Châtelet). It is also possible to take the Orly bus to Denfert Rochereau, then take RER B train direction Mitry Claye/Charles de Gaulle, and get off at Châtelet les Halles (exit Place du Châtelet).
