Just seven miles from the Walt Disney World Resort entrance and minutes from major Central Florida attractions, including SeaWorld and Universal Orlando, Liki Tiki Village is also home to Liki Tiki Lagoon Water Adventure, a thrilling on-site waterpark offering loads of fun and adventure to vacationing families with children.

Additional on-site amenities include two pool complexes, a freshwater lake with paddle boats, a barbecue and picnic area, tennis courts, mini golf, wireless Internet access (surcharge), and a poolside bar and grill. Liki Tiki also provides a range of fun and interesting organized activities.

Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.

Each non-smoking vacation villa offers an array of conveniences, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, DVD player, VCR, CD player, cable TV, iron/ironing board, safe, vacuum cleaner and air conditioning.

One Bedroom Villa
Designed to accommodate up to four, this deluxe one-bedroom/one bathroom unit features a master bedroom with queen-size bed, living area with queen sofabed, plus a fully equipped kitchen. Measures 500 to 600 sq ft (46.5–56 m2) in size.

Two Bedroom Villa
Sleeping up to six guests, this spacious two-bedroom/two-bathroom villa features a master bedroom with king-size bed, a second bedroom with twin beds, a queen sofabed in the living area, plus a fully appointed kitchen. Measures approximately 1000 sq ft (92 m2) In size.

Take the South Exit on to 417 (Greenway) South. Exit at Celebration Avenue and turn right. Liki Tiki Village is located on the left.
