From Southwest Florida International Airport, Fort Myers (RSW): Exit the airport to Ben Hill Griffin Parkway and turn left. Follow to Alico Road, turn right, and follow to I-75. Take I-75 S. to Exit 111 (Immokalee Rd.). Turn right, and head west on Immokalee Rd. for 3.5 miles (5.6 km) to US-41 (Tamiami Trl). Turn left, and head south on US-41 for 1.5 miles (2.4 km) to Vanderbilt Beach Rd. Turn right onto Vanderbilt Beach Rd, where you will find the Inn at Pelican Bay Hotel on the left.
