The Hotel has 22 rooms currently functional and confortable, furnished with good taste, all with large balconies overlooking the sea-pine forest. Bathrooms with windows.
A few pleasant steps in the green pine forest to reach the bathing establishment Settebello Beach, only 50 metres away from the structure.
It is always open and there is a large private parking.
The Hotel is only 10 minutes from the center of Pescara and 10 km from the Pescara airport. There are an elegant brekfast room, panoramic terrace and conference room equipped with big sceen, elevator and a free large private parking. Open all year, the hotel is very near from the town of Montesilvano and Pescara (native city of Gabriele D'Annunzio) in which there are many shops, malls, entertainment centers, theaters, cinemas and museums.
