By car
Most routes to Mittelberg meet in Ulm. From there follow the A7 highway to the motorway junction Allgäu (Kempten) direction Oberstdorf. Take the exit Waltenhofen. From there the road B19 continues, direction Oberstdorf via Sonthofen and then on into the Kleinwalsertal. Once in Kleinwalsertal, you pass through the villages of Riezlern and Hirschegg until you reach the Walserstrasse. The IFA Alpenrose Hotel is on the right side.
By train
The Oberstdorf train station is 10 km away. The IFA Alpenrose Hotel will be pleased to arrange a transfer service from the train station in Oberstdorf (charges incur). You may also use the taxi service, available 24 hours.
