The guest rooms range from 25 m. sq./269 sq. ft (the Superior Double Room) to 35 m. sq./377 sq. ft (Deluxe Double Room) and are all designed in a rather trendy post-modern style. A full à la carte menu and various set breakfast menus are served in the Brumus Restaurant between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. from Monday to Saturday, and between 07.30 a.m. and 12 midday on Sundays.

You can choose between a continental breakfast, full English breakfast, healthy breakfast, Brumus breakfast, Haymarket breakfast, porridge prepared in innumerable different ways and various delicious à la carte breakfast items, such as Canadian pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, buttered crumpets with honey, eggs Benedict, Florentine and Royale, and oak smoked salmon with free range scrambled eggs.
