From The Interstate 75 Southbound: Take Exit 131 and go west on Daniels Parkway and continue for 5 miles/8 km. Turn left onto Summerlin Road and continue for 8 miles/13 km, and then turn left onto San Carlos Boulevard. Continue for 3 miles/5 km. Veer left once you’ve gone over the bridge to Fort Myers Beach. Continue for 4.5 miles/7 km and you will see The Sunstays Resort Santa Maria Harbour on the left.

From US Route 41: Turn west onto Daniels Parkway and continue for 2 miles/5 km. Turn left onto Summerlin Road and follow the above instructions.

From Fort Myers International Airport (RSW): Follow the Terminal Access Road and exit the airport. Turn right onto Treeline Avenue and follow to Daniels Parkway. Turn left onto Daniels Parkway and continue for 5 miles/8 km. Turn left onto Summerlin Road and follow the above instructions.
