お支払い方法について
私どもVenere.com があなたのクレジットカードに宿泊料金総額の事前払い、または、予約保証金の事前払いを請求することは一切ありません。カードの詳細をお伺いするのは、ご希望する宿泊施設への予約を保証するためのみです。宿泊料金のお支払いは、現地にて現金、小切手もしくはクレジットカードなどその宿泊施設が受け付けている方法で行われます。あなたが選んだ宿泊施設が予約保証金を必要とする場合、それは以下の”キャンセル可能期限”に明記されており、その金額や支払方法等は宿泊施設により直接定められたものです。返金無しまたは前払いタイプを選択されて予約された場合、ご予約のキャンセ ルは不可能です。"PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE"（前払い／返金無し）タイプの客室を選択されて予約 された場合、ご予約のキャンセルは不可能です。その場合は、ホテルにより予約時に、全滞在料金がクレジットカードに チャージされます。

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 1 p.m..
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Children aged 3 years and under stay free in a room with 2 paying adults (cribs available for €10,00 per day), 4-6 years 50% discount, 7-11 years 30% discount. Child reductions apply to half or full board rates only.
Parking is not included in the price and costs €8,00 per day (free in low season).
Supplement for rooms with sea view (available upon request) during mid and high season: €5,00 per room per day.
Supplement for rooms with balcony (available upon request) and sea view during mid and high season: €10,00 per room per day.
Breakfast is included in the price.

キャンセル可能期限
Se la prenotazione viene cancellata meno di 8 giorni prima dell'arrivo o in caso di non-arrivo senza aver disdetto la prenotazione, il prezzo totale della prima notte sarà addebitato. If the reservation is cancelled less than 8 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the total rate of the first night will be charged.
