お支払い方法について
私どもVenere.com があなたのクレジットカードに宿泊料金総額の事前払い、または、予約保証金の事前払いを請求することは一切ありません。カードの詳細をお伺いするのは、ご希望する宿泊施設への予約を保証するためのみです。宿泊料金のお支払いは、現地にて現金、小切手もしくはクレジットカードなどその宿泊施設が受け付けている方法で行われます。あなたが選んだ宿泊施設が予約保証金を必要とする場合、それは以下の”キャンセル可能期限”に明記されており、その金額や支払方法等は宿泊施設により直接定められたものです。返金無しまたは前払いタイプを選択されて予約された場合、ご予約のキャンセ ルは不可能です。"PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE"（前払い／返金無し）タイプの客室を選択されて予約 された場合、ご予約のキャンセルは不可能です。その場合は、ホテルにより予約時に、全滞在料金がクレジットカードに チャージされます。

Check-in: the rooms are available from midday. Check-in is possible at any time after that.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

TRADE SHOW DATES 2008
Non-refundable advance payment for one night's stay is required for the following trade show dates:
11-15 March; 31 March-04 April; 21-24 April; 13-17 May; 27-31 May; 10-14 September; 30 September-05 October; 14-19 October; 27-31 October; 11-15 November; 5-14 December.
All bookings made for the period 08-14 April require non-refundable advance payment for the entire stay.
