The double rooms are nicely decorated and most of them feature a private balcony with view over the Atlantic. All are equipped with air-conditioning, flat screen cable TV, and telephone. These guest rooms feature a private bathroom with shower or bathtub. The junior suites are roomy and include a sofa-bed, as well as a bathroom with bathtub.

The serviced apartments are quiet and homely, with view over the private courtyard, and can host from 2 up to 4 people. They include a dining area with sofa-bed, flat screen cable TV and telephone, a full-fitted kitchenette with stoves, microwave oven, refrigerator and basic cutlery.
Bedrooms are elegant and functional. They include either one double bed or twin beds, as well as a private bathroom with bathtub and hair-dryer.

From Biarritz Parme airport (BIQ): drive southwest on the route d'Urubeyti, direction route de l'Aviation. Turn right onto route de l'Aviation. Continue onto allée Etchecopar and turn slightly right onto route de l'Aviation. Continue onto rue de Pitchot. At roundabout rond-point du Mousse, take the 3rd exit onto boulevard du B.A.B./D260. At the roundabout rond-point d'Europe, take the 4th exit onto avenue de Verdun/D911. Turn left onto place Georges Clemenceau. Ahead, turn slightly to the right onto rue de Mazagran. Eventually, turn right onto rue de Proutze. The Florida is located a bit further on your right, in the pedestrian zone.
