The A&O Berlin am Zoo is a cosy hotel located in the heart of Berlin, opposite the Zoologischer Garten train station and two minutes from the famous Kurfürstendamm shopping street.
The KaDeWe center, the Memorial Church and the Theater des Westens are also close at hand.
Among its facilities the hotel offers Wi-Fi Internet access in some public areas, an Internet corner and no curfew and lockout time.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: rooms will be available after 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests are not entitled to access their rooms any earlier than this.
Check-out: rooms must be vacated prior to 10 a.m. on the day of departure to avoid a penalty equal to 50% of the full room rate or 100% of the full room rate if the room is vacated after 6 p.m.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is not included in the price and costs €10,00 for 24 hours.
Pets are admitted in single and double rooms at an extra charge of €5,00 per night.
Use of the Internet access is not included in the price. Details upon request.
Bed linen for the dormitories is rented for a fee of €3,00.
Breakfast is not included in Room Only rates and costs €6,50 per person. All other rates include breakfast.

Until the day of arrival until 6 o’clock pm (local time hotel/hostel) free of
charge. There is a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the first night,
should the client cancel the room(s) after the aforementioned
cancellation period or in a case of non-arrival. It’s the same for short-
term bookings, within two days before arrival.
Any discounts or special offers booked through online booking engines
are irreversible.
