お支払い方法について
私どもVenere.com があなたのクレジットカードに宿泊料金総額の事前払い、または、予約保証金の事前払いを請求することは一切ありません。カードの詳細をお伺いするのは、ご希望する宿泊施設への予約を保証するためのみです。宿泊料金のお支払いは、現地にて現金、小切手もしくはクレジットカードなどその宿泊施設が受け付けている方法で行われます。あなたが選んだ宿泊施設が予約保証金を必要とする場合、それは以下の”キャンセル可能期限”に明記されており、その金額や支払方法等は宿泊施設により直接定められたものです。返金無しまたは前払いタイプを選択されて予約された場合、ご予約のキャンセ ルは不可能です。"PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE"（前払い／返金無し）タイプの客室を選択されて予約 された場合、ご予約のキャンセルは不可能です。その場合は、ホテルにより予約時に、全滞在料金がクレジットカードに チャージされます。

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the lodgings not later than 10 a.m.

Maid service is not included in the price.
Towel exchange is included in the price.
12% tax is not included in the price.
A $3.99 resort fee per night is not included in the price. It includes unlimited local calls, 30 minutes domestic long distance, business center (copier, fax), in room safe, coffee, self parking, a crib/rollaway (limited availability) and beach access tags (seasonal).

キャンセル可能期限
Reservations must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to arrival, if the reservation is cancelled in less than 3 days, one night room and tax will be charged. Holiday Cancellation Policy: Christmas 7 days prior to arrival, all other Holidays 5 days prior to arrival. No-shows will be charged one night room and tax. Early check-outs are non-refundable. ****Credit card payment is taken in full at the time of booking, NO reservation is to be taken without being paid in full at booking.***
