Assisi, awarded World Heritage Site by UNESCO, is a city rich in magnificent artistic works and significant historic and religious monuments. The Santa Maria degli Angeli Basilica, located only 30 meters from Dal Moro Gallery hotel, is one of the most interesting attractions of Assisi together with the Porziuncola Museum, containing fine artistic works.
The other Umbrian towns around Assisi, such as Perugia, Spoleto, Gubbio and Todi, are worth a visit.
