Adelboden is the home of Alpine skiing. The first Alpine ski race in Switzerland was organized here in 1903.
The wide sunny valley rises 1.350 meters/4.429 feet above the sea level and offers everything one could desire: from the ski-lifts to the 185 km of ski slopes, to the 24,5 km/15,22 miles of cross country ski trails.
