From Holland Tunnel: take the tunnel to 9A West Street and continue to South Street. Continue on FDR Drive North. Take exit 2 for the Civic Center. Turn left onto Pearl Street where you will see the Hampton Inn Manhattan Seaport-Financial District Hotel.
From the Interstate 495 West in Brooklyn: take exit 29, then make a slight right onto Tillary. Turn right onto Brooklyn Bridge Boulevard/Adams Street and continue onto FDR Drive. Take the Pearl Street ramp, go left at the fork and then right onto Pearl street where you will see the Hampton Inn Manhattan Seaport-Financial District Hotel.

By airplane
From LaGuardia International Airport: begin Northeast on La Guardia Road. Make a slight left towards Terminal A/Marine Air Terminal/Rental car returns. Make a slight left onto Central Terminal Drive. Take the airport exit ramp and merge onto the Grand Central Parkway towards Manhattan. Take the Brooklyn Expressway exit (number 4) towards Staten Island/Interstate 278 West. Merge onto the Brooklyn Queens Expressway East. Merge onto the Interstate 278 West/Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Take the Tillary Street exit (number 29) towards Manhattan Bridge/Brooklyn Civic Center. Make a slight right onto Tillary Street and then right again onto Adams Street/Brooklyn Bridge Boulevard which then becomes the Brooklyn Bridge. Take the FDR Drive/Pearl Street ramp. Keep to the left at the fork in the ramp and then turn right onto Pearl Street where you will see the Hampton Inn Manhattan Seaport-Financial District Hotel.
From Newark International Airport: begin Northeast and take the US-1-9 ramp towards RT-21/Newark/downtown/ US-22/I-78. Merge onto US-1 9 N/US-1 & 9 N/US-1 N/US-9 N which then becomes NJ-139 E which then becomes 12th Street. Continue on 12th Street until it becomes Boyle Plaza. Continue until this road becomes the Holland Tunnel crossing into New York. Make a slight left to stay on the Holland Tunnel and then take exit 5 towards Canal Street East. Make a slight right onto Laight Street. Turn right onto Canal Street, right again onto Mott Street and then a slight left onto St. James' Place. Turn right to stay on St. James' Place which then becomes Pearl Street.
