Tunnel Exit Street becomes Tunnel Exit Street/Queens Midtown Tunnel Exit. Turn right onto East 23rd Street. Turn right onto Avenue of the Americas/6th Avenue. Turn left onto West 25th Street. Turn left onto 7th Avenue. Turn left onto West 24th Street and you will see the Hampton Inn Hotel.

By airplane
From LaGuardia Airport: Begin travelling Northeast on LaGuardia Road. Turn left towards Terminal A/Marine Air Terminal/Rental Car Returns. Take a slight left onto Central Terminal Drive. Take the Airport Exit ramp. Merge onto the Grand Central Parkway West towards Manhattan. Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway and exit at exit number 4, towards Staten Island/Interstate 278 West. Merge onto the Interstate 278/Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. Take the Long Island Expressway/Interstate 495 exit, then take exit 35 towards Midtown/Tunnel/Eastern Long Island/Greenpoint Avenue. Merge onto Interstate 495 West via exit 35 West on the left Midtown/Tunnel/Manhattan. At the fork in the ramp keep left. Turn right onto East 35th Street. Turn left onto 7th Avenue. Turn left onto West 24th Street.
From John F. Kennedy International Airport: Begin Southeast, turn right. Take a slight left to take the ramp towards Airport Exit/other terminals. Continue onto the JFK Expressway.
