ゲストハウス - 外観 The Meadfoot Bay ゲストハウス - 外観 The family run Meadfoot Bay Guesthouse is located in Torquay, one of Britain's most popular holiday destinations, often referred to as the English Riviera, with its warm climate and famous Torbay palm trees. Torquay is also the perfect base from which to explore the beauty spots of Devon.

This charming, former Victorian Gentlemen's Residence is set in its own delightful grounds, just 200 metres from one of Torbay's prestigious Blue Flag beaches and a short walk from the centre of Torquay.

The Meadfoot Bay Guesthouse is set in sloping gardens and a path climbs upwards on the seaward side of the hotel between mature rockeries and shrubs. Guests have the use of a patio with bench and chairs at the end of the path from which one can obtain views of Ore Stone and Thatcher's Rock across Meadfoot Bay.

By car
Enter Torquay by the main road A380 and follow signs to Torquay, then to the sea front. At the traffic light on the sea front, turn left. Follow signs to the Harbour and then to Meadfoot. Go straight through the next traffic lights and then turn left at the roundabout; this will take you past Hoopers and Debenhams. Turn left at the next roundabout (clock tower in the centre of the roundabout) and take the right lane at the first traffic light and turn right into Meadfoot Road (signs to Meadfoot Beach). Continue for a kilometre (the road turns into Meadfoot Sea Road at brow of the hill) and the guesthouse is on the right hand side, half way down the hill towards the sea.
