Guests can choose from two different apartment-style accommodations one of which is a duplex with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a living room with an extra large sofa bed and a 200 ft² out-door terrace, perfect for al fresco dining.

The ground floor apartment is divided into kitchen, bathroom, large living room and 2 bedrooms. The kitchens are fully-equipped with everything you need for a self-catering vacation rendering this New York guest house practical for families with small children as well as travellers who like a more independent type of break. If you loose your keys, don't worry-you can easily have them replaced.
