ホテル外部 The farm is situated 300 metres asl 2.7 km from the agricultural commercial village of Pianopoli and 10 km from Lamezia Terme, a town on the isthmus of Catanzaro. The farm is a 42 hectare estate of olive graves and woods where guests can go trekking. A small chapel and two 19th century fortified houses are an integral part of the farm. One of them, recently restored, contains 7 centrally heated double rooms with private bathrooms.Outside a swimming pool and a spacious lawn with huge palms, where shaded seating areas enjoy fabulous views of the valley and the olive groves, as well as of the sea.Approximately 500m, in a beautiful, tranquil setting, is the yellow house. The spacious house is rented on a weekly base for self catering accommodation and sleeps 6/8.

ダブルルーム The Red House is equipped of seven double rooms much comfortable and furnished with taste furnitures classic. They are all supplied of private services, heating and tv.
The Yellow House is rented on a weekly base for self catering accomodation.It has two bedrooms, two bathroom, a kitchen and a big living room. The living room can accomodate two children, sleeping a maximum of 6 people.
