The "Il Colombaio " farm is situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, near Abbadia Isola, in the hilly area at the feet of Monteriggioni and the Via Francigena, at the centre of the district made up of Florence - Siena - S. Gimignano - Volterra.
In a carefully restored antique farmhouse, in the middle of an area rich with vineyards and century-old olive groves, guests find the very best for healthy, complete relaxation.

by Car:
Arrival from Rome - Highway A1 Rome-Florence-Milan:
exit at "Valdichiana" and from there take the statal road SIENA-BETTOLLE in direction of Siena. Then take the free motorway SIENA-FIRENZE in direction of Florence and exit at Monteriggioni. From there follow the indication for "Abbadia Isola".

Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is situated in the middle of a wide open space surrounded by an exclusive natural setting.
Outdoor Facilities: Fattoria Il Colombaio is surrounded by a large well kept garden where at guests' disposal there is a barbecue where to spend a wonderful time having dinner in areas shaded by lovely old trees and shrubbery.
Our Products: Inside the farmhouse wine, olive oil and other local products can be purchased on the premises.
Outdoor Activities: To lovers of nature the area around the farmhouse offers many paths for outings by foot, on mountain bike (it is possible to rent mountain bikes inside the farm) or on horseback, following tracks of bygone days.
Other: A fully equipped kitchen for communal use is at guests' disposal. Spacious parking lot available for free to our guests.
