ホテル外部 Situated on the top of a hill facing West in the Maremma Regional Park Area, the Podere offers its guest a splendid view over the whole valley, from the Uccellina Mounts to the sea with the Elba Island, Punta Ala and Catiglione della Pescaia,
is fresh and airy also during summer months, when the typical Western wind allows you to enjoy pleasant sunny afternoons in the garden facing the rooms. The facility also features a picturesque veranda closed only by glass, where you can have breakfast, read a book or simply sit and chat enjoying one of the wonderful sunsets that this land offers.
The farm’s crops are: D.O.C. Morellino di Scansano vineyard, the olive grove, the orchard, the kitchen garden, wheat, barley, forage, pasture, wood.
The agritourism is situated in an area of great naturalistic relevance: the Maremma Regional Park.
A little more than 30 minutes southward is the Argentario Promontory with its very beautiful Feniglia and Giannella beaches and northward Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala.
The Terme di Saturnia (Saturnia Spa) are nearby for who wishes to enjoy a day dedicated to wellness.
The Giglio Island can be reached for a day trip with one hour by boat from Porto Santo Stefano. Numerous are the villages rich in history situated in the surroundings: Talamone, Magliano, Scansano, Santa Fiora, Pitiglano, Sorano, Sovana, Caparbio.
Several are also the sports that you can practice in proximity of the facility: golf only ten minutes by car, cycling along a magnificent track within the park, canoeing on the Ombrone River which is navigable to the sea, horse rides in the park as far as the sea, diving, windsurfing. In the area sights of cultural interest do not run short, like the Giardino dei Tarocchi (Tarots Garden) the Roselle Archaeological Park, the ancient Roman town of Cosa.

ダブルルーム The guests’ house, which has recently been restored fully respecting typical local architecture, is situated not far from the master’s mansion and is made up of three double rooms (two queen size and one twin bedded), each with independent entrance, spacious bathroom, phone line, safe, independent adjustable heating.
Also the interiors have been furnished with utmost care and dedication by Anna, who has tried to transfer inside all the warmth and the style of Maremma, visiting the local antique dealers in search of every single piece, personalizing each room with the aim to create a both elegant and cosy ambience to make guests feel at home.
Breakfast sweet and salty is a chance to taste genuine products of the farm like preserves, cakes, biscuits, fresh fruit shakes.

How to reach us
From Milan: take Rome-Florence motorway up to the clearway for Siena-Grosseto on which you must enter: continue on Aurelia in Rome direction, Cupi exit is 12 Km after Grosseto Sud exit.
From Florence: take the clearway for Siena (at exit Firenze Certosa), continue in Grosseto direction, and then on the Aurelia in Rome direction, Cupi exit is 12 Km after Grosseto Sud exit.
From Rome: take the Aurelia towards Grosseto, Cupi exit is 10 km. after Talamone Fonteblanda exit.
From Cupi exit: continue for about 5 km. After a slope and some hairpin bends you will find the “Podere Cavone” directional mark on the left (the road that you must follow is also marked by a series of post boxes). After turning on the left, continue for other 700 metres to another “Podere Cavone” directional mark on the left. Follow the road for about 200 metres.
