ファームハウス - 外観 Farmhome Fattoria di Vistarenni, situated between Radda and Gaiole in Chianti, in the heart of Tuscany, is a 200-hectare estate composed of a 18th century villa and an adjacent farmhouse built in the typical local stone.

Due to its strategical position, the property is a good starting point for excursions to the nearby Tuscan cities: Siena, Florence and Arezzo.

Moreover, it is possible to experience the wine tasting of fattoria Vistarenni and Lamole in the old cellar.

This area can host 7 persons.

On the first floor is available the Principessa apartment for 6 person with living room, kitchen, 1 double room with canopy bed, with adjoining little room, bathroom with bathtub, 2 bedrooms with twin beds each featuring a bathroom with bathtub.

On the second floor there are the Solaio apartment for 4 persons with living room and dining area, kitchen, 1 major bedroom featuring a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with shower and the Bellina apartment for 6 persons with drawing room, kitchen, 1 double room, 2 connected bedrooms (double and twin), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.

By car
The property is easily reachable by the motorway A1, exit Firenze Certosa. Turn right onto superstrada Firenze-Siena. Exit at San Donato and turn left in direction Castellina in Chianti. Once in Castellina, after about 11 km, turn left in direction Firenze-Radda in Chianti and, after about 3 km turn right towards Radda. In Radda, after about 9 km, keep going straight ahead in direction Gaiole in Chianti. After 3 km there is the crossing to Montevarchi and Gaiole. At this crossing lies the entrance to the estate.

By train
