お支払い方法について
私どもVenere.com があなたのクレジットカードに宿泊料金総額の事前払い、または、予約保証金の事前払いを請求することは一切ありません。カードの詳細をお伺いするのは、ご希望する宿泊施設への予約を保証するためのみです。宿泊料金のお支払いは、現地にて現金、小切手もしくはクレジットカードなどその宿泊施設が受け付けている方法で行われます。あなたが選んだ宿泊施設が予約保証金を必要とする場合、それは以下の”キャンセル可能期限”に明記されており、その金額や支払方法等は宿泊施設により直接定められたものです。返金無しまたは前払いタイプを選択されて予約された場合、ご予約のキャンセ ルは不可能です。"PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE"（前払い／返金無し）タイプの客室を選択されて予約 された場合、ご予約のキャンセルは不可能です。その場合は、ホテルにより予約時に、全滞在料金がクレジットカードに チャージされます。

Check-in: the apartments are available at 4 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 10 a.m.

Madonna dei Monti is open all year long and foresees a minimum stay of 2 to 3 nights during the low season, while in the middle and high season a weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday is required.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is included in the price.
Water, electricity, gas, final cleaning, weekly change of linen, bathroom towels, and the use of the laundry room are included in the price.
Heating, daily cleaning, weekly cleaning, and the daily change of linen are not included in the price. Details upon request.
Baby cots and extra beds for kids until 6 years of age are free of charge.
Extra beds are not included in the price and cost between €150,00 and €200,00 per week.
Small pets are admitted at no extra charge.
Breakfast is included in the price.

キャンセル可能期限
In case of late cancellation or no show the first night will be charged on the credit card. We only accept payments in cash. ----------------------------------------------- in case of no-show are asked to pay 25% for the entire period as a penalty. Early departures will be asked to pay 25% of the remaining period.
