ファームハウス - 外観 The rural house Los Pasos is an old farm house of the century XIX totally reconstructed and restored with materials of its epoch, it preserves intact its original structure. It consists of two floors, both with central heating. On the ground floor, old porch of the house, you wild find the lounge (70 m2) distributed in several levels, combining different environments provided with elegant details as the fireplace.

Rural house Los Pasos is placed in BIAR, a picturesque village inside the province of Alicante. For its privileged situation, in the spurs of the "Sierra de Mariola", Biar offers an endless and varied option to the lover of the nature.

Biar is a special place. Its Islamic past has transmitted a singular personality, which is present in all its acts. They are a lot of "traditional fiestas" that are celebrated throughout the year (Moros y Cristianos , Setembre Colera). The village also offers a variety and different productions ( nougats, dolls, ceramics ...). And all this speaks to us about this rich legacy andalusí.

The house isolated of the hustle, but integrated in the village, has an impressive view towards the "sierra" across the garden, preserving this way, the family intimacy and guaranteeing the rest. "Sierra de Mariola" shows a spectacular landscape of Mediterranean forest (pines , splashed with almond-trees and olive trees, in the valleys) and besides, it is the Europa's biggest reserve of fragrant plants (lavender, cantueso, lavender, sage, rosemary ...). A symphony of colors and smells. the enjoyment of the senses.

The climate is moderated in winter and in summer, temperatures are soft, with fresh and agreeable nights. In short, Biar offers you an different option from the overcrowded and conventional tourist offers of the province of Alicante. It is an original alternative for you. Encourage and discover it!

We are: Biar is a small village of Alicante. It is very well communicated with the rest of the province by different itineraries that allow to accede to the capital and its beaches in less than half an hour (55 Km.). 8 Km. far There is Villena, capital of region, and at 3 hours and a half by car you will find Madrid. Likewise, "El Altet airport" (Alicante's aiport), is 60 Km. far.

Biar is very well connected by a net of main highways, provided with railcars and rapid routes, to each of these destinies offering a rapid and easy trip. For your comfort we attach map of province were we have highlighted the main highways and principal railcars that connect to Biar.

Los Pasosの客室

アパートメント（ダブルルーム） On the ground floor, the old stable and corral give life to the current kitchen and dining room. It preserves still the manger and the walls of seen stone. At the dining room you wild find a great table and a fireplace and to the other side the kitchen, provided with pantry, of wash and ironing room and exit to the garden.

You wild accedes first floor throught stairs constructed with foreheads of ancient tiles of the zone, liberated by a rail of old Almagros's balconies. It consist of four bedrooms and two complete bathrooms distributed in different heights that respect the original structure of the house.

The furniture, many of them with more than one century of antiquity, are restored in the main. All the elements that integrate the decoration are taken care to the maximum to obtain a comfortable and cozy environment.
