The hotel is situated in a pedestrian area full of shops, restaurants and bars, near the famous Little Mermaid statue, the Amalienborg Palace, as well as the National Museum of Art.

An ideal starting point for visiting the city, the Clarion Hotel Neptun dates back to 1854 and was a fashionable rendezvous for Bohemian intellectuals and writers.
