Route 1: take Metropolitan (40 West) to Décarie (15 South). Merge onto Autoroute Ville Marie (720 East) and take the Guy exit. Turn right onto René-Lévesque and then left onto Drummond Street.
Route 2: go westbound to Champlain Bridge (Autoroute Bonaventure) which eventually becomes University Street. Then turn left onto René-Lévesque and finally right onto Drummond Street.

From Ontario:
Ottawa: take 417 East to Metropolitan (40 East). Follow along to Décarie (15 South) and merge onto Autoroute Ville Marie (720 East). Exit at Guy exit, turn right onto René-Lévesque and then left onto Drummond Street.
Toronto: take the Transcanadian Highway (401 East) to Metropolitan (40 East). Continue to Décarie (15 South) and take Autoroute Ville Marie (720 East). Exit at Guy, turn right onto René-Lévesque and then left onto Drummond Street.

From the USA, via Route 87:
Platsburg: take 87 North to the US/Canadian border. Rt 87 becomes 15 North. Follow towards the Champlain Bridge. Take Autoroute Bonaventure, which eventually becomes University Street, turn left onto René-Lévesque and then right onto Drummond Street.

From the USA, via Route 89:
Vermont-Burlington: take 89 North to the US/Canadian border. Rt 89 becomes 10 West all the way to the Champlain Bridge. Take Autoroute Bonaventure, which eventually becomes University Street, turn left onto René-Lévesque and finally right onto Drummond Street.
