La Casetta dei Nonni is a lovely and welcoming, newly built chalet ideal for two couples or a family of 4. The structure is in a quiet residential area in the countryside of Orvieto in the green heart of Umbria; it is very close to various natural beauties and artistic towns of Central Italy such as: Civita di Bagnoregio, Bolsena, Viterbo, Todi etc.
The B&B is only 6km from the A1 exit and 5km from the railway station.
Amenities include: free private parking, possibility to have meals on the terrace/garden overlooking Orvieto and the majesty of its Cathedral. The structure is totally immersed in the countryside surrounded by vineyards. A car can be rented directly from the station.

The Santucci family welcome their guests warmly and every morning they offer a rich breakfast with lots of homemade typical treats of Orvieto such as: ciambellone (a typical breakfast cake of the area), crostata (jam tart) besides croissants, crisp bread all accompanied by coffee, milk, tea, orange juice, yoghurt, cereal and eggs. The breakfast is usually served in the comfortable living room or on the terrace.

La Casetta dei Nonni is made up by two floors linked by a spiral staircase. The large bright living room with sofa bed and kitchen is
on the first floor whereas the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with shower are on the ground floor
