お支払い方法について
私どもVenere.com があなたのクレジットカードに宿泊料金総額の事前払い、または、予約保証金の事前払いを請求することは一切ありません。カードの詳細をお伺いするのは、ご希望する宿泊施設への予約を保証するためのみです。宿泊料金のお支払いは、現地にて現金、小切手もしくはクレジットカードなどその宿泊施設が受け付けている方法で行われます。あなたが選んだ宿泊施設が予約保証金を必要とする場合、それは以下の”キャンセル可能期限”に明記されており、その金額や支払方法等は宿泊施設により直接定められたものです。返金無しまたは前払いタイプを選択されて予約された場合、ご予約のキャンセ ルは不可能です。"PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE"（前払い／返金無し）タイプの客室を選択されて予約 された場合、ご予約のキャンセルは不可能です。その場合は、ホテルにより予約時に、全滞在料金がクレジットカードに チャージされます。

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: guest rooms are available at any time between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. On Sundays, check-in is possible only until 1 p.m. Clients are also requested to notify the property of their estimated arrival time one week prior to scheduled arrival, via faxsimile, or via e-mail. To facilitate check-in operations, please call upon arrival. Late check-in or check-out is subject to a charge of €30,00.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the guest rooms not later than 10 a.m.
Please Note: on the 24, 25, 26, 31 December, and on the 1 and 6 January check-in is available until 1 p.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Guided city tours are not included. Contact the B&B for updated price information.
The breakfast is included in the price (not in the suites for 2 and 4 people).

-50% of total stay charges for cancellations made between 15 and 7 days prior to scheduled arrival; -75% of total stay charges for cancellations made between 7 days prior to scheduled arrival and the day arranged for the check-in; - the cost of 1 night for not showing on the day arranged for the check- in. If you book either our Suites for 2 or 4 people, the following services are not included in the price : • Daily cleaning of the suite • Daily changing of towels and linen
