It is only a five minute walk removed from the Museumplein (Museum Square) where the city's most prominent museums (the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh museum) are located.

The nearest entrance to the Vondelpark is well within walking distance and the RAI is also easy to reach.
The Albert Cuyp market as well as the Heineken brewery are just around the corner.

The neighborhood is rich in establishments varying from old-fashioned ‘brown cafés’, Surinam and Indonesian takeaways to specialized restaurants of many kinds.

スイートルーム The apartment is very light, spacious, and comfortable and it's thus extremely suitable for work as well as recreation. It is stylishly furnished and decorated with original art from Dutch artists, among other things. The main room has an open kitchen, dinner table, TV and comfortable couch. (two chaises longues) The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave/hot air oven and a dishwasher.

In the bathroom there is a bath, a washbasin and a separate shower cabin. The toilet is also separate. Accessible from the bathroom is a small laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. The bedroom features 2 single beds that can be connected to make a double bed and a large closet. Guests receive a set of keys and can enter freely through a separate entrance.
