アパートメント（リビングルーム） The Al Teatro apartment is situated in the heart of Viterbo's beautiful historic centre, in Piazza del Teatro Comunale, within short walking distance of all the city's major attractions including the medieval quarter of San Pellegrino, one of the most impressive and surprisingly well preserved in Italy.

From the house you can also easily reach the Palazzo dei Papi, seat of the longest conclave in the history of the Church, as well as numerous fontains, austere romanesque churches and remarkable cloisters.

Elegantly designed, the apartment offers four individually decorated guestrooms each equipped with all the comforts and conveniences necessary for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Viterbo, the administrative centre of the Tuscia area, is situated at the foot of the Cimini mountains, around 70 km north of Rome. It represents one of Italy's most beautiful and primitive areas, rich in history and full of charming landscapes.

Among the city's most important artistic and cultural events are the September Baroque Festival, the Teatro Romano di Ferento summer season and the Antiques Expo during autumn. Furthermore, the Teatro Comunale hosts a busy theatre season during the year, as well as the characteristic Santa Rosa Festival each 3rd of September.

By car
From Rome, take the Cassia Bis state road towards Viterbo and follow the directions to Viterbo sud. You will reach a set of traffic lights at the Porta Romana city gate. Continue straight ahead alongside the city walls to a second set of traffic lights. Turn left at the lights, entering through the Porta della Verità gate, then right in Via Mazzini. Drive along Via Mazzini (which later becomes Via Casa di S. Rosa) until you reach the end of the street, then turn left in Via S. Rosa and head straight to Piazza del Teatro.

By train
The apartment is situated around 250 metres from Viterbo's Porta Fiorentina railway station and can be easily reached on foot. Exiting the railway station enter the Porta Fiorentina city gate and head straight along Via G. Matteotti for around 200 metres, then turn left in Via Marconi.
