This recently restored apartment is located on the fifth floor of an elegant historic building, a masterpiece of the 14th-Century Venetian architecture. The flat offers a cosy ambiance and all the comforts guests may need to feel at home during their stay in Venice.

At your arrival we will be waiting for you at the closest boat station, to give you the keys and the first useful informations. The keys can also be picked up in our Point Office.
Once in the apartment, you will be asked to sign the list of the existing objects. If you discover that an item in the inventory is damaged, you must report it at latest within 12 a.m. of the day after your arrival, otherwise our society will not be responsible for such item.

Final cleaning service is included in the price.
Linen and linen laundry service are included in the price.
