お支払い方法について
私どもVenere.com があなたのクレジットカードに宿泊料金総額の事前払い、または、予約保証金の事前払いを請求することは一切ありません。カードの詳細をお伺いするのは、ご希望する宿泊施設への予約を保証するためのみです。宿泊料金のお支払いは、現地にて現金、小切手もしくはクレジットカードなどその宿泊施設が受け付けている方法で行われます。あなたが選んだ宿泊施設が予約保証金を必要とする場合、それは以下の”キャンセル可能期限”に明記されており、その金額や支払方法等は宿泊施設により直接定められたものです。返金無しまたは前払いタイプを選択されて予約された場合、ご予約のキャンセ ルは不可能です。"PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE"（前払い／返金無し）タイプの客室を選択されて予約 された場合、ご予約のキャンセルは不可能です。その場合は、ホテルにより予約時に、全滞在料金がクレジットカードに チャージされます。

デポジット宿泊料金総額の25％相当をお支払いいただきます (お支払いはご予約いただいた当日となります)。 、この料金は返金可能です。.

重要情報Payments:
The hotel (apartments) will charge 25% of the reservation upon booking. No booking will be guaranteed until this amount has been charged. The remaining amount will be settled by credit card or in cash. Someone from the apartments will contact you before your arrival to ask you which payment method you prefer.

In order to coordinate the delivery of keys and entrance to the apartment, you must call the contact number that appears on the reservation confirmation 24 hours prior to your arrival

キャンセル可能期限
Cancellation :If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. Deposit 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. The rest of the payment will be made against credit card supplied on the same day of check-in. There is no option for refund in case the apartment is left in advance to the reserved dates.
