お支払い方法について
私どもVenere.com があなたのクレジットカードに宿泊料金総額の事前払い、または、予約保証金の事前払いを請求することは一切ありません。カードの詳細をお伺いするのは、ご希望する宿泊施設への予約を保証するためのみです。宿泊料金のお支払いは、現地にて現金、小切手もしくはクレジットカードなどその宿泊施設が受け付けている方法で行われます。あなたが選んだ宿泊施設が予約保証金を必要とする場合、それは以下の”キャンセル可能期限”に明記されており、その金額や支払方法等は宿泊施設により直接定められたものです。返金無しまたは前払いタイプを選択されて予約された場合、ご予約のキャンセ ルは不可能です。"PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE"（前払い／返金無し）タイプの客室を選択されて予約 された場合、ご予約のキャンセルは不可能です。その場合は、ホテルにより予約時に、全滞在料金がクレジットカードに チャージされます。

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Use of water, electricity, weekly change of towels and access to the swimming pool are included in the price.
Deposit caution costs €200,00.
Compulsory final cleaning is not included. Price per persons: Euros 15.00 (minimum Euros 30 up to 60 depending on the size of the apartment).
Heating (from Euros 10.00 to 14.00 per day depending on the size of the apartment), air conditioning (from Euros 10.00 to 14.00 per day, depending on the size of the apartment), baby cot (Euros 3.00 per day or euros 15.00 per week) and use of electric or the microwave oven (Euros 15.00 per week) are not included in the price.
Breakfast with the farm's products from Euros 5.00 to Euros 10.00 per persons. Tasting lunches/dinners with the farm's products from Euros 10.00 to Euros 20.00 maximum per person (special discounts for children).

In case of no show or late cancellation, these terms will apply: 90% of total amount, to 8 days prior to date of stay 100% of total amount into the last seven days.
