The guest has to pay the room, when he arrives and gets the key. It is not
possible to pay by credit-card. For final cleaning, he has to pay 25 Euro. It
is not possible to rent the apartment for one night,only for two and more nights.
The price (64 Euro a night) is for two persons, three persons have to pay 81 Euro.
