Three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and two with two single beds, a doble sofa bed in the living room, spacious kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath tub, three small balconies from which you can watch what is going on at the Beach. Renewed in May 2008, airconditioning and ADSL, all the furniture is brand new. Excellent value for Money.

私どもVenere.com があなたのクレジットカードに宿泊料金総額の事前払い、または、予約保証金の事前払いを請求することは一切ありません。カードの詳細をお伺いするのは、ご希望する宿泊施設への予約を保証するためのみです。宿泊料金のお支払いは、現地にて現金、小切手もしくはクレジットカードなどその宿泊施設が受け付けている方法で行われます。あなたが選んだ宿泊施設が予約保証金を必要とする場合、それは以下の”キャンセル可能期限”に明記されており、その金額や支払方法等は宿泊施設により直接定められたものです。返金無しまたは前払いタイプを選択されて予約された場合、ご予約のキャンセルは不可能です。"PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE"（前払い／返金無し）タイプの客室を選択されて予約された場合、ご予約のキャンセルは不可能です。その場合は、ホテルにより予約時に、全滞在料金がクレジットカードにチャージされます。

Included: all expenses electricity, gas, linens and towels.
Additional 50 euros on top of total price displayed will be added for final cleaning and admin fee.
Not included: additional 25 euros check in before 3 PM and from 7 to 9pm.

check out after 11.00 am: 40 euros, if the apartment is available
We will debit 20% of the total price to confirm reservation, the remaining 80% are due cash at arrival + 300€ security deposit only on VISA and mastercard. The deposit will be reversed whitihin three working days after your leave if there is no major damage in the apartment. If you cancel less the 30 days before arrival or in case of no show, we will debit the total amount of reservation.

When booking you will be charged of 20% of total price of stay, this amount is not refundable. The rest of the payment (80% of total amount) is due in cash when you check in. If you cancel less then 30 days before arrival , or in case of no show, you will be charged 100%.
