Home Business Paris Grande Bibliothèque **** is pleased to welcome you from the 16th of march 2009. The residence gives directly onto the Avenue de France, only 100 meters from the RER commuter train station and the underground, two stops from the Gare de Lyon train station, and less than 10 minutes from the Place de la Madeleine. It consists of an ultra contemporary building designed by the architect Macary and offers 112 luxury Suites entirely equipped (Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, micro oven, LCD Screen flat,internet access, ...).
On the ground floor, you will find the reception desk,a lounge, a lounge bar and pub (brasserie / snacking), and a small breakfast space.

The residence offers you various types of Suites. The classic Suite (20m²) is for one or two persons and is composed of one bedroom, one bathroom and a kitchen. The Junior Suite (about 30 m²) is composed of a sitting room with bed settee, one bedroom, one bathroom with shower and a kitchen and can accommodate up to 4 persons.
The Privilege Suite is a double Classic Suite of about 40 m² with two bedrooms, two bathroom and kitchen.

La struttura è nuova e la pulizia delle parti comuni e delle stanze è curata adeguatamente. Letti confortevoli e bagni ampli e puliti. La "cucina", dotata di lavastoviglie (!), ma è priva di pentole e poco attrezzata di piatti e bicchieri. Nelle immediate vicinanze un buon supermercato. Il quartiere in cui si trova è nuovo e molto ben collegato al centro città.
