La stanza posta all'ottavo piano, è risultata pulita, comoda, silenziosa, spaziosa; la cucinotta ben fornita, anche di microonde. L'hotel si trova al limitare di varie zone con molti punti vicini come il palazzo Reale e la Cattedrale, i negozi del centro i musei e se interessati anche chueca raggiungibile a piedi, ma volendo usare il metrò -pulito sicuro ed economico- la fermata Plaza de Espana è vicinissima.
