These are truly lovely city centre apartments; choose from 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms or a huge duplex apartment. Inside, you'll find Italian designer furniture, contemporary fabrics and fully controllable central heating. Naturally, there's wireless broadband and a rather impressive entertainment system that includes an LCD cable television, superior CD player and TVs in the master and second bedrooms.

The open plan living spaces include a generous dining area and a kitchen equipped with the latest appliances; most master bedrooms have an ensuite shower room with hi-fi speaker. The bathrooms have a superb multi-position Grohe shower.

Come raggiungere Residence Fountain Court Edinburgh Quay EQ-2

By car
From Edinburgh Airport, take the A8 through Corstophine to Haymarket Terrace and follow signs for the City Centre. Continue on Shandwick Place and make a right turn onto Lothian Road. Continue on Lothian Road, following signs for the A702. At the top of Lothian Road/Earl Grey Street there is a junction with three forks - take the right hand lane onto Home Street (A702). Once on Home Street, take the right hand lane and turn right onto Gilmore Place (the King's Theatre will be on your left). Drive on for about 100 metres and you will see Gilmore Place Church on your left - take the right hand turn onto Lower Gilmore Place immediately opposite. From here follow signs for the EQ2 Apartments.

From the South, take the A702 through Morningside and onto Bruntsfield that in turn leads onto Leven Street and Home Street. At the crossroads where Leven Street joins Home Street, turn left into Gilmore Place (The King's Theatre will be on your right). Drive on for about 100 metres and you will see Gilmore Place Church on your left - take the right hand turn onto Lower Gilmore Place immediately opposite. From here follow signs for the EQ2 Apartments.


By train
Leave the train at Haymarket. Walking away from the station go straight ahead to Morrison Street. After the traffic crossing take the road on the left which is Grove Street. Keep walking to the end of this road. Turn left at the end of this road, on your left you will see Cargo bar, walk up the right hand side of this building. You will then see the canal and EQ2 is straight in front of you.

By airplane
Take the Airlink bus and leave the bus opposite Haymarket Train Station. Walking away from the station go straight ahead to Morrison Street. After the traffic crossing take the road on the left which is Grove Street. Keep walking to the end of this road. Turn left at the end of this road, on your left you will see Cargo bar, walk up the right hand side of this building. You will then see the canal and EQ2 is straight in front of you.
You can take a taxi from the airport. This will cost approximately £15-£20 depending on traffic.
