The New England Hotel resides in a prime location in the heart of London. Established since July 1981, the hotel was formerly known as The Kerwin.
Conscious of the growing needs of the hotel's long established customers, they decided to invest in a major refurbishment, and only re-opened in the new millennium, February 2000. Now a newly refurbished, twenty-five bedroom hotel, the image certainly reflects high standards, service quality and unashamed luxury, all at an affordable price. The hotel's success is certainly attributable to continually satisfying client needs.

Hotel tutto sommato buono per Londra,camera piccola ma pulita e calda,colazione abbondante,consigliato ma ricordatevi che per lasciare in deposito il bagaglio il giorno di partenza ho pagato £.5,00

Tutto sommato direi che il soggiorno al New England Hotel è stato abbastanza gradevole.Siamo partiti senza aspettarci "troppo" e non siamo rimasti delusi. E'facilmente raggiungibile a piedi da Victoria Station, abbastanza pulito e dotato di ascensore,stanza e bagno sono però molto piccoli.Personale disponibile.

Struttura a pochi passi dalla stazione Vittoria e per questo molto comoda. La camera ma soprattutto il bagno erano di dimensioni ridotte,ma tuttavia confortevoli. Nel complesso siamo soddisfatti.

Siamo rimasti delusi da questo albergo perchè il comportamento del personale è stato più volte molto poco professionale: prima di arrivare ci è stato chiesto di comunicare l'ora di arrivo per il check-in, cosa che noi abbiamo fatto (ora prevista 1.30-2). Essendo partito in ritardo l'aereo dall'italia, siamo giunti all'albergo dopo le 2. Il giorno dopo siamo venuti a sapere che il portiere ha chiamato a casa nostra in Italia per sapere se saremmo effettivamente arrivati. Questo alle 2 di notte, le 3 in Italia. Una cosa allucinante. Il locale per la colazione lascia un po' a desiderare, come la pulizia generale (mentre mangi passa la cameriera col vetril a pulire il tavolo). Le camere sono piccole, i letti comodi. La posizione buona. Il giorno del Check-out si può lasciare la valigia in uno stanzino, ma quando si arriva a ritirarle non si ha neanche la possibilità di andare in un bagno per lavarsi le mani...Almeno la posizione (vicino Victoria) è comoda per spostarsi.
