Pro: buona la posizione dello stabile e adeguato il livello della struttura alle 2 stelle. Contro: rumore metallico fastidioso e molto ripetitivo probabilmente proveniente dalle tubature che impedisce di dormire. Mancanza di parcheggio riservato anche per una sosta breve per carico/scarico bagagli.
