The building "Stuwerstrasse 35" is situated in a calm side street with many trees, very near the center of the City of Vienna ("St. Stevens Place") and even nearer to the Viennese "Prater" with the famous "Riesenrad"., It is not far also to the Danube island, the ideal recreation area with possibility for relaxing, swimming, and water sports. Also very near to the apartment You find the commercial exhibition centre, and the University of European Business Management.
You find stores to buy everything You need for daily life, an a supermarket is situatet 1 minute to walk from the apartment. In the surrounding roads there are many typical Viennese restaurants with good Viennese kitchen ("Wiener Schnitzel") and beautiful gardens.
Traffic route:
By the nearby station of the tram 21 the apartment is exzellent tied up to Viennese the suburban traffic system. It is only 2 stations up to Praterstern. From there one goes with the underground line U1 to St. Stevens Place (Stephasplatz) in the center of the City of Vienna within only 5 minutes.
All important implements such as table-ware, coffee machine etc. are present. There is also a washing machine and an iron. Fresh bedlinen and towels are made available.

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento di dimensioni ridotte ma assolutamente adeguate a 2 adulti + 2 bambini, corredato ottimamente di tutte le stoviglie ed elettrodomestici più moderni nonchè di collegamento internet flat e veloce, con arredi recenti e pulitissimi. I servizi (bagno e doccia) piccoli e separati ma adeguati ad una permanenza vacanziera. L'accoglienza è stata ottima ed esaustiva sia sulla casa che sui dintorni e mezzi di trasporto (metro sotto casa) che consentono di raggiungere il centro città dalla zona Prater, un pò decentrata, in una decina di minuti. Complessivamente quindi un ottimo giudizio sia sull'appartamento che sul sito Venere.com che ha dimostrato efficienza e corrispondenza tra la proposta e la realtà riscontrata.
